I value equipment that provides performance with portability as I have to pack light for long periods when on walkabout. This is where MFT gear reigns supreme, out-of-mind until I need it, powerful when I do.
The golden rule: I mix and match the cameras and lenses I actually carry depending upon the predicted needs of my chosen adventure but never more than one camera body and up to three lenses (the fewer the better) at any one time. Too much equipment, even the compact and highly portable MFT cameras and especially lenses such as those above, toted around on any particular walkabout is an impediment to good photography. I am always ruthlessly minimalist about what I pack on my person at any one time,
